Healthy Fasting Diet
Fasting diets are a great way to cleanse one’s physique from toxic compounds that build up because of all the
packaged foods and synthetic compounds that we consume. Fasting diet plan is also an effective way of a short term weightloss routine which
you can use to start a long term weight loss program. An example of a healthful fasting diet is cabbage soup diet, a seven day diet plan
that involves consuming cabbage soup and water, and also a few restricted set of foods.
Cabbage soup provides your body with a healthy supply of nutrients while you're on a fasting diet. This will let you lose ten to fifteen
pounds within merely a week on a constant source of nutrients. The recipe is composed of six big onions, green bell peppers, dried or diced

As for the fasting diet plan itself, during day one, take in only the cabbage soup and any fruits except banana. You may drink unsweetened

addition to a lot cabbage soup that you want. Do not eat fruits. For dinner, eat a big baked potato. For the third day, eat as much as fruit,
vegetables, and soup which you like. For the fourth day, consume eight bananas and ingest as many glasses of skim milk, along with the
cabbage soup. For the fifth day, you may consume meat in the form of 300-500g of beef, broiled or baked skinless chicken, or broiled fish.
Eat the cabbage soup at least once. For the sixth day, eat ground beef and fresh veggies or salad, along with at least one serving of cabbage
soup. On the final day, you can commence eating unsweetened fruit juice, vegetables, rice, and cabbage soup.
